Tuffli, Trustee to Bayport <br />North Industrial park, L.P, filed for record in the Official Public Records of Real Property <br />of Harris County, Texas, at Clerk's File No, U-074536, Fllm Code No. 529-10-2596 and <br />being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows. <br />BEGINNING at a found 518" iron rod with cap located in the south right-of-way line of New <br />Decade Drive (60' wide) at its intersection with the west right-of-way line of New West <br />Drive (60' wide), and being the northwest corner of said Restricted Reserve "E" Replat; <br />THENCE N 870 26' 41 " E - 480.02% with the said south right-of-way line and north line of <br />the aforementioned Reserve west and of a 20' "E" to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner, marking the <br />cut back fine for the west right-of-way line of a 407 roadway easement; <br />THENCE 5 470 49' 51 " E - 28.42', with the said cut back line to a set 518" iron rod with cap <br />for the said west right-of-way line of said 40' roadway easement; <br />THENCE S 030 06' 23" E - 800,17', with said west right-of-way fine of said 40' roadway <br />easement to a found 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner marking the south line of said <br />Reserve "E" Replat; <br />THENCE S 87° 27' 55" W - 500.02', with the said south line of Reserve "E" Replat to a <br />found 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE N 43° 06' 23" W - 819.99, to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 9.4086 <br />acres (409,839 square feet) of land, more or less. <br />
