<br />§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT:
<br />COUNTY OF HARRIS
<br />This Correction Special Warranty Deed is made in substitution of the original Special Warranty
<br />Deed (the "Corrected Deed") dated December 21, 2001, from Huntsman Polymers Corporation to Don
<br />L. Tuffli, Trustee, and filed for record on December 31, 2001, in County Clerk's File No. V510465 of
<br />the Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas, to correct the following incorrect
<br />information:
<br />(1) The Grantee named in the Corrected Deed was incorrectly written as "Don L. Tuffli, Trustee,"
<br />when in fact the Grantee's name should have been "Tuffli Company, Inc., a California
<br />corporation";
<br />(2) the description of the "Subject Property" set forth on Exhibit "A" to the Corrected Deed
<br />inadvertently omitted reference.to an casement held by Grantor for the benefit of the other
<br />parcels being conveyed thereby, and the description of the Subject Property is corrected and
<br />restated in its entirety in Exhibit "A" attached to this Correction Special Warranty Deed;
<br />(3) the paragraph following the legal description of the Subject Property in the Corrected Deed
<br />incorrectly listed certain matters to which the conveyance was not intended to be made and
<br />accepted subject to, and that incorrect paragraph is corrected and restated in its entirety in this
<br />Correction Special Warranty Deed and is further supplemented with the listing of "Permitted
<br />Exceptions" in Exhibit "B" of this Correction Special Warranty Deed;
<br />(4) the second paragraph following the legal description of the Subject Property in the Corrected
<br />Deed incorrectly excluded the reference to the representations and warranties of Grantor, as
<br />seller, to Grantee, as buyer, as provided in the Earnest Money Contract between Grantor and
<br />Grantee dated November 30, 2001, which Contract expressly provided that such
<br />representations and warranties were to survive closing, and that incorrect paragraph is
<br />corrected and restated in its entirety in this Correction Special Warranty Deed; and
<br />(5) the third paragraph following the legal description of the Subject Property in the Corrected
<br />Deed was improperly included therein, although not provided for in the Earnest Money
<br />Contract, and that paragraph is hereby deleted in its entirety in this Correction Special
<br />Warranty Deed.
<br />Other than the stated corrections, this Correction Special Warranty Deed is intended to restate in all
<br />respects the Corrected Deed, and the effective date of this Correction Special Warranty Deed relates back
<br />to the effective date of the Corrected Deed.
<br />HUNTSMAN POLYMERS CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, successor by merger to
<br />Rexene Corporation ("Grantor"), for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO1100 DOLLARS
<br />($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
<br />acknowledged by Grantor, has GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents
<br />does GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and CONVEY unto TUFFLI COMPANY, INC., a California
<br />corporation ("Grantee"), and Grantee's successors, legal representatives and assigns, the following
<br />described tract or parcel of land, together with all fixtures and improvements located thereon (the "Subject
<br />Property")-

<br />BEING all those certain tracts or parcels of land in Harris County, Texas more particularly
<br />described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein, together with all right,
<br />title and interest of Grantor in and to (a) all streets, roads, alleys, easements, rights -of -
<br />way, licenses, rights of ingress and egress, vehicle parking rights and public places, /
