West for a distance of 326.50 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set for corner in the South line of Strang Road, based on a 50 foot width; Thence North 87 deg. 04 min. 55 sec. East along the South line of said Strang Road for a distance of 120.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found for corner, marking the Northwest corner of Lot 12 and the Northeast corner of Lot 13; Thence South 03 deg. 08 min. 53 sec.
