BUILDING C3 <br />METES & BOUNDS DESCRIPTION <br />2.9152 ACRES OF LAND <br />OUT OF RESTRICTED RESERVE "E" <br />BLOCK 3 <br />BAYPORT NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK II <br />HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS <br />All that certain 2.9152 acres of land out of Restricted Reserve "E", Block 3, Bayport North Industrial Park II, <br />according to the plat thereof filed in the Map Records of Harris County, Texas in Film Code No. 625094, and being <br />more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />COMMENCING at a found 5/8" iron rod with cap marking the southwest corner of said Reserve "E"; Thence N 87' <br />27' 55" E — 750.23', with the south line of said Reserve "E" to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING of the herein described tract; <br />THENCE N 20 32' 05" W - 384.46' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE S 300 23' 50" E - 78.84' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE N 860 50' 08" E - 138.06' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE S 30 09' 51" E - 30.00' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE N 860 50' 08" E - 245.00' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE S 20 31' 12" E - 288.96' to a set 5/8" iron rod with cap for corner; <br />THENCE S 870 27' 54" W - 420.14', with said south line to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 2.9152 <br />acres (126,988 square feet) of land, more or less. <br />Compiled from survey by: <br />Prejean & Company, Inc. <br />Surveying and Mapping <br />Job No.256-4-BLDG_C3 <br />Date: 10-26-2017 <br />
