FR/CAL INTERPORT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, by deed recorded under Clerk's File No. 20070100116 of the Hams County Official Public Records of Real Property (H.C.O.P.R.R.P.), also being all of Unrestricted Reserve "A", Block 1, Interport Distribution Center, according to the map or plat thereof recorded undei4ilm Code No. 616120, of the Harris County Map Records, said 34.149 acres being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: COMMENCING at copper weld rod number 2216 found at the northwest comer of a called 237.103 acre tract of land conveyed to The Lubrizol Corporation, by deed recorded under Clerk's File No. C563972 of the H.C.O.P.R.R.P., same point being situated in the north line of the George B. McKinstry League; THENCE North 87 deg. 25 min. 45 sec. East, along and with the north line of the 237.103 acres and the north line of the George B.
