EXHIBIT "A" <br />" <br />Tract 1: <br />A tract of land containing 8.75 acres being comprised of three tracts of land being all of that <br />same 7.12 Acre Tract as described in Clerk's File 20070323518 of the Official Public Records of <br />Real Property for Harris County (OPRRPHC), and all of a 0.25 Acre Tract being a fifteen (15) <br />foot wide strip adjoining the west line of said 7.12 Acre Tract, and also a 100 foot wide strip of <br />land containing 1.38 Acres, said three tracts being part of and out of a 34.0528 Acre Tract as <br />described in Clerk's File V549132 (OPRRPHC), same being part of and out of a called 822,154 <br />Acre Tract as described in Volume 1318, Page 364 of the Harris County Deed Records (HCDR), <br />all being situated in the Enoch Brinson Survey, Abstract No. 5, in Harris County, Texas; said <br />8.75 acres being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at 5/8-inch iron, rod set for the most southerly Southeast corner of said 34.0528 <br />Acre Tract, same being the Southwest corner of a 5.0000 Acre Tract, on the northerly line of <br />State Highway 225; <br />THENCE, N 70 deg. 44' 34" W, along the northerly line of State Highway 225, for a distance of <br />100.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod set for comer; <br />THENCE, N 17 deg. 37' 39" E, along a line being parallel to and 100 feet westerly from the <br />westerly line of said 5.0000 Acre Tract, for a distance of 599.29 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod set for <br />corner, same being the Northwesterly corner of the aforesaid 100 foot strip of land; <br />THENCE, S 70 deg. 44' 34" E, along the northerly line of said 100 foot strip of land, for a <br />distance of 37.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod set for corner, same being the Southwesterly comer <br />of the aforementioned 0.25 Acre Tract; <br />THENCE, N 19 deg. 15' 26" E, along a line being parallel to and 15 feet westerly from the <br />westerly line of the aforesaid 7.12 Acre Tract, for a distance of 729.98 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod <br />set for corner, same being the Northwesterly corner of the said 0.25 Acre Tract; <br />THENCE, S 70 deg. 44' 34" E, along the northerly line of said 0.25 Acre Tract, at a distance of <br />15.00 feet pass a 5/8-inch iron -rod set for the common northerly corner of said 0.25 Acre Tract <br />and 7.12 Acre Tract, and continuing along the northerly line of said 7.12 Acre Tract, for a total <br />distance of 308.37 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod set for corner, on the easterly line of the <br />aforementioned 34.0528 Acre Tract; <br />THENCE, S 21 deg. 26' 21" E, along the easterly line of said 7.12 Acre Tract and said 34.0528 <br />Acre Tract, for a distance of 216.55 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod set for an angle point; <br />THENCE, S 17 deg. 37' 39" W, continuing along the easterly line of said 7.12 Acre and said <br />34.0528 Acre Tracts, for a distance of 566.03 feet to a 5/8-inch iron rod set for the Southeasterly <br />comer of said 7.12 Acre Tract: <br />2596174v1 Exhibit A - Page 1 <br />
