<br />THENCE, North 87 degrees 05 minutes 02 seconds East, along the northerly lines of said 40.30 acre and
<br />100 acre tracts, common with the southerly right-of-way line of a Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way
<br />recorded under Volume 2892, Page 710 of the H.C.D.R., passing at a distance of 933.54 feet a found 5/8-
<br />inch iron rod, continuing for a total distance of 2,577.36 feet to a found 5/8-inch iron rod at the northeast
