<br />appliances, art objects, cabinets, counters, shelves, fittings, and all
<br />plumbing, heating, air conditioning, lighting, electrification, ventilating,
<br />laundry, refrigerating, cooking, incinerating, playground and swimming pool
<br />equipment, but excluding consumer goods which are -not now and do -not
<br />hereafter become fixtures), -and all attachments and accessions thereto,
<br />which are now ¢caned or which are hereafter acquired by Debtors, or any of
<br />them, and now or hereafter located in, on or.upon or attached in any manner
