Existing trees shall, together <br />with other vegetation and underbrush, create <br />continuous visual screen. <br />b) The use of earthen berms with approximately 3:1 sid <br />slopes, 50' wide at the base and 8' high. The berm <br />may be landscaped with a combination of trees, shrubs <br />and ground cover. Th <br />pedestrian easement shall not be within any pipelin <br />facility, except for necessary crossings. <br />4. Driveways opening from said strip of land onto State Highwa <br />225 or State Highway 146 shall be subject to the rules an <br />regulations of the Texas Department of Transportation an <br />provisions of the City's Code of ordinances, whichever i <br />more restrictive. <br />
