West along the East line of said 14.4060 acres herein <br /> described(same being the East line of said 10.7161 acres and the West line of said 1.3068 acres)for <br /> a distance of 125.42 feet to a % inch iron rod found for an angle point in said line. <br /> THENCE: South 00 deg. 07 min. 05 sec. East along the East line of said 14.4060 acres herein <br /> described(same being the East line of said 10.7161 acres and the West line of said 1.3068 acres) for <br /> a distance of 274.30 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found (bent) in the West or Northwest line of the <br /> heretofore mentioned 50 feet wide strip of land for an exterior corner of said 14.4060 acres herein <br /> described; same being an exterior corner of said 10.7161 acres and the Southernmost corner of said <br /> 1.3068 acres. <br /> THENCE: South 37 deg. 58 min.41 sec.
