I. DuPont De Nemours & Company to National Distillers & Chemical Corporation dated December 31, 1986 and recorded in County Clerk's File No. K905991 of the Official Public Records of Real Property,Harris County,Texas; and out of and a part of Lots 47,48 and 49 of the Strang Subdivision according to the map of record in Volume 75 at Page 22 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.
