DuPont DeNemours&Company to Quantum <br /> 0o Chemical Corporation by Deed dated November 23, 1988 and recorded in County Clerk's <br /> CD File No. L967994 of the Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County,Texas, <br /> N and out of and a part of that 27.8233 acre tract of land conveyed by Millennium <br /> Petrochemicals, Inc. to Port Central, LTD by Deed dated October 21, 2002 and recorded <br /> under County Clerk's File No. W174501 of the Official Public Records of Real Property <br /> of Harris County, Texas. Said tract also being out of and a part of Lots 43 and 44 of the <br /> Strang Subdivision as recorded in Volume 75 at Page 22 of the Deed Records of Harris <br /> county,Texas.
