JONES SURVEY, A-482, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID 14.7555 ACRE TRACT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: (ALL BEARINGS BASED ON THE TEXAS SOUTH CENTRAL ZONE, NAD83) ; BEGINNING at 5/8 inch iron rod with cap found at the intesection of the South right-of-way line of Fairmont Parkway (250 feet wide) and the East right-of-way line of Exxon Pipeline Corridor "510" (100 feet wide) , as recorded under H.C.C.F.
