The <br /> pedestrian easement shall not be within any pipeline <br /> facility, except for necessary crossings. <br /> 4 . Driveways opening from said strip bf land onto State Highway <br /> 225 or State Highway 146 shall ;be subject to the rules and <br /> regulations of the Texas Department of Transportation and <br /> provisions of the City' s Code of Ordinances, whichever is <br /> more restrictive. <br /> Driveways opening from said strip of land onto Fairmont <br /> Parkway shall be subject to the rules and regulations of <br /> Harris County and provisions of. the City' s Code of <br /> Ordinances, whichever is more restrictive. <br /> 5. Driveways opening from said strip of land onto Fairmont <br /> Parkway shall be approved by the City and may require the <br /> installation of separate acceleration/deceleration lanes . <br /> 6.
