PUBLIC HEARING AND ASSOCIATED MATTERS (a) The La Porte Development Corporation Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed project to promote and develop new and expanded business enterprises, providing for site, infrastructure and related improvements in connection with the construction of the Revak Building at 114 W. Main Street in La Porte, to be operated as a commercial and residential facility, in an amount not to exceed $390,600.00; followed by discussion and possible action to authorize a project of the La Porte Development Corporation to promote and develop new and expanded business enterprises, providing for site, infrastructure and related improvements in connection with the construction of the Revak Building at 114 W. Main Street in La Porte, Texas, to be operated as a commercial and residential facility, and providing for a financial incentive grant in an amount not to exceed $390,600.00 to R Favorite Things, LLC.
