PUBLIC HEARING AND ASSOCIATED MATTERS <br />(a) The La Porte Development Corporation Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to <br />receive comments on a proposed project to promote and develop new and expanded <br />business enterprises, providing for site, infrastructure and related improvements in <br />connection with the construction of the Revak Building at 114 W. Main Street in La <br />Porte, to be operated as a commercial and residential facility, in an amount not to <br />exceed $390,600.00; followed by discussion and possible action to authorize a project <br />of the La Porte Development Corporation to promote and develop new and expanded <br />business enterprises, providing for site, infrastructure and related improvements in <br />connection with the construction of the Revak Building at 114 W. Main Street in La <br />Porte, Texas, to be operated as a commercial and residential facility, and providing for <br />a financial incentive grant in an amount not to exceed $390,600.00 to R Favorite <br />Things, LLC.
