[Ray Mayo, Director of Public Works] <br />Mr. Mayo reviewed the Northside Neighborhood Drainage Improvement Project, said $3.4 <br />million had been received for the project, and that it was hoped an agreement would be <br />approved at the November 13 Council meeting. <br />e.
