Where to Find 2005 Tax Rate Calculation !a <br />General notes: <br />For this year only, you are receiving separate certification reports for real and for personal property. Each real <br />property report (AV2120, AV2800, Certified to Date Recap, etc.) has a corresponding personal property report. <br />To get the total needed for each line on the comptroller's worksheets and forms, add the real property item <br />to the corresponding personal property item. There is one exception, applicable to school districts and <br />water districts respectively. Each of these districts is required to calculate average values for homes. Because <br />many manufactured homes are carried on personal property accounts, you will need to compute a total value <br />(real + personal) and the total number of units (real + personal), and then divide the total value by the total <br />number of units to calculate the average. The 2004 average appraised value of a residence homestead for <br />water districts can tae found can the last page of the most recent 2004 certified to date roll recap. <br />1.
