La Porte Airport Advisory Board Meeting <br />Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the La Porte Airport Advisory Board to be held on <br />Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Public Works Director's office, 2963 North <br />230 Street, La Porte, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda <br />items are subject to action. <br />Call to Order <br />1. Citizen Comment (Generally limited to 5 minutes per person; in accordance with state law, <br />the time may be reduced if there are a number of speakers or other considerations) <br />2. Approve meeting minutes from June 26, 2024, meeting <br />3. Discussion regarding potential recommendations to the City Council on airport matters, <br />including a through -the -fence access request. <br />4. Discussion regarding potential recommendations to City Council on airport matters, including <br />preparation of a letter of intent to Texas Department of Transportation to apply for a grant to <br />update of the Airport Master Plan. <br />5. Discussion regarding the Air National Guard lease area. <br />6. Board Comments (Hear announcements concerning items of community interest; and/or <br />inquiries of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy from members or star/, <br />for which no formal action will be discussed.) <br />7.
