6. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ASSOCIATED ORDINANCES <br />(a) The City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments regarding a recommendation <br />by the Planning and Zoning Commission to adopt Ordinance 2019-3763 amending the City's <br />Future Land Use Map Component of the Comprehensive Plan for an approximately 0.29-acre <br />tract of land located at the northeast corner of N 1 st St. and Tyler St., legally described as Lots <br />13-16, Block 85, Town of La Porte, by changing the land use designation from "Commercial" to <br />"Low -Density Residential"; followed by discussion and possible action to adopt Ordinance <br />2019-3763 amending the City's Future Land Use Map Component of the Comprehensive Plan <br />for an approximately 0.29-acre tract of land located at the northeast corner of N 1st St. and <br />Tyler St., legally described as Lots 13-16, Block 85, Town of La Porte, by changing the land <br />use designation from "Commercial" to "Low -Density Residential".
