<br />that time, or arrangements to submit not made to the City's satisfaction within that time, the
<br />agreement will be considered to be in Default.
<br />During the terms of this agreement, all checks written by the Association will be required to have
<br />two (2) signatures.
<br />XIV.
<br />If any section, sentences, phrases, clause, or any part of any section, sentences, phrases, or
<br />clause, of this Agreement shall, for any reason, not be legally or factually valid, such invalidity
<br />shall not affect the remaining portions of this Agreement.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEROF, this instrument has been executed in duplicate, each to have the
<br />effect of an original as follows:
