Planning Technician Cramer finished by bringing attention to the public responses received <br />by the City. First, the sent in by the owner of Shaterra Properties at 410 E. Fairmont Parkway <br />stating he was against the variance as it would reduce visibility to his strip center as well as <br />visibility for those entering and exiting.
