The applicant is seeking approval of a variance <br />that would allow him to keep his current irrigation system of hose bibbs and soaker hoses; <br />contrary to the provisions of Section 106-800 (c); 4; b., which requires properties larger than one <br />acre to have an automatic irrigation system. <br /> <br />Second by Nettie Warren.
