Duties include recording rrovement, locations and <br />scheduling of vehicle usage and routing, as well as trip docurrentations, eligi- <br />bility detenni.nations, operational reporting and driving residents to ,needed ap- <br />point:rrents, services and activities. <br /> <br />pri.mai:y Duties: <br /> <br />1. Dispatches all vehicle to trips considering the following <br />factors: <br /> <br />a. Length and purfX.>se of trip <br />b. Efficient routing <br />c. Resident passenger requirements <br />d. Trip activators and generators <br /> <br />2. Receives, screens, logs all transportation requests. <br /> <br />3. Prepares scheduling for vehicle/drivers. <br /> <br />4. Make recarnrrendations on route changes, accidents, any other relevant <br />operational problems. <br /> <br />5. Records time of departure, destination, expected time frames of trip <br />starting and completion. <br /> <br />6. Prepares necessary operational reports and maintains program <br />documentation. <br /> <br />7. Drives vans and buses, as needed to trans:r;x:>rt eligible neighOOrhcxx1 resi- <br />x dents, to varouis services, programs and Agencies. <br /> <br />8. Assists passenger(s) in getting on and off the vehicle. <br /> <br />9. Nakes daily inspections of vehicle for adequate gas, oil, water, fluids, <br />etc., and cleans vehicle on a regular basis. <br /> <br />10.
