<br />Clini.c: A "clinic" is the office of one or more
<br />medical doctors who mayor may not have associated in the
<br />practice of their p~Qfessions.

<br />Club or Lodge: A "club or lodge" is an association of
<br />persons for the promotion of some non-profit common objective,
<br />such as literature, science, politics, good fellowship,
<br />and similar objectives, which meets periodically and is
<br />limited to members.

<br />Council: The word "council" shall mean the City
<br />Council of Lomax, Texas.
<br />
<br />Court: The "court" is an open, unoccupied space, bounded
<br />on more than two sides by the walls of a building. An inner
<br />court is a court entirely surrounded by the exterior walls of
<br />a building. An outer court is a court having one side open
<br />to a street, alley, yard, or other permanent open space.
<br />
<br />Development, or to Develop: A "development" includes the
<br />construction of a new building or any structure on a building
<br />lot, the relocation of an existing building on another build-
<br />ing lot, or the use of open land for a new use. To "develop"
<br />is to create a development.
<br />
<br />Dwelling: A "dwelling" is a building or portion thereof,
<br />including a mobile home, designed and used exclusively for
<br />residential occupancy, including one-family dwellings, two-
<br />family dwellings, and multiple-family dwellings, but not
<br />including hotel!, motels, or lodging houses.
<br />
<br />District: A "district" is a zoning district which is a
<br />part of the ~Hty wherein regulati'on of this ordinance is
<br />uniform.

<br />is joined to another dwelling at one or more aides by a part
<br />wall or walls.

<br />for occupancy by a single family or a group of persons living

<br />bathrooms and complete single kitchen facilities permanently
<br />installed are not necessElrily provided. Each installation
<br />of kitchen facilities consisting of at least a stove or
<br />cooking device and a sinlc shall constitute a separate dwelling
<br />unit. Apartment units in apartment hotels are dwelling units.
