Street a distance of 60 feet to the Northwest corner of that certain tract described in deed to the City of La Porte, recorded in Volume 1766, Page 229 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas: THENCE South along the West boundary line of said City of La Porte Tract, a distance of 400 feet to the Southwest corner of said tract: THENCE East along the South line of the above described. City of La Porte Tract a distance of 266 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 180,480 square feet of land. SAVE AND EXCEPT: reserved by Louis Volume 6359, Page Texas. 1/20th of all oil, gas and other minerals G. Lobit, by instrument recorded in 160 of the Deed Records of Harris County, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any- wise belonging unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, a municipal cor~ poration, its successors and assigns forever; and the said LA PORTE LAND COMPANY does hereby bind itself, its successors and assigns, to Warrant and Forever Defend, all and singular, the said premises unto the said CITY OF LA PORTE, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
