Street in the City of La Porte, and said point being the Northeast corner of Block 1106, Townsite .of La Porte, Texas, as per map or plat recorded in Volume 60, Page 112 of the Deed Records of Harris 'Coun ty, Texas ~ . '. THENCE South along the west'line of South 3rd. Street a distance of 860 feet to the Southeast corner of that certain tract of land referred to by deed from Carl N. Bissell to the City of La Porte, same being recorded in Volume 1766, Page 229 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, for the PLACE :OF BEGINNING hereof, and also being the Northeast corner of the tract hereby .conveyed~ THENCE South continuing along the West line of South 3rd. Street, a distance of 480 feet, to a point where the West line of 'South 3rd. Street and the North line of South M. Street intersect, for the Southeast corner of the tract herein conveyed; THENCE West along the North line of South M. Street, a distance of 326 feet to a point for corner, this point being the Southwest corner of the tract herein conveyed; THENCE North a distance of 880 feet tb the intersection of the South line of South K. Street and the West line of South 4th. Street, also being the Northwest corner of the tract herein conveyed; THENCE East along the South line of South K.
