<br />Street and South 3rd. Street in the City of La Porte, and
<br />said point being the Northeast corner of Block 1106,
<br />Townsite of La Porte, Texas, as per map or plat recorded
<br />in Volume 60, Page 112 of the Deed Records of Harris
