Tracts released <br />at the North property line and East <br />of 16th Street shall be basically rectangular <br />in shape and contain ten (10) acres or more <br />and extend the entire width of the property <br />between Highway 146 and 16th Street. The <br />consideration for such Partial Releases <br />shall be Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00), <br />per acre. Any releases obtained which <br />cover the ten (10) most Southerly acres <br />of the Subject Property shall be released <br />for a consideration of Twelve Thousand <br />Dollars ($12,000.00) per acre. <br /> <br />(b) All tracts released shall be contiguous <br />to tracts previously released on the same <br />end of the property. <br /> <br />(c) Grantee shall have the right to obtain a <br />Partial Release of a ',tract basically <br />rectangular in shape fronting on Highway <br />146 with a depth of 600 feet containing <br />five (5) acres or more, at a Partial <br />Release price of Eighteen Thousand Dollars <br />($18,000.00) per acre anQ said tract need <br />not be contiguous to any other tract. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
