<br />rabbits, poultry, of any kind, shall be raised, bred, kept,

<br />same in a neat and attractive manner; and,

<br />permitted use of the property, shall not be constructed on the
<br />property closer than 75 feet to the northerly line of the property
<br />(along Collingswood Road) or the easterly line of the property
<br />(along Farrington Boulevard).
