<br />instrument and the' property covered by it; and

<br />, WHEREAS, the said Deed of Trust specifically authorizes the
<br />appointment of a substitute trustee by the beneficiary of the
<br />Deed of Trust in'case ot the absence, ,death, i~ab~lity, refusal
<br />or failure of the trustee therein named to act, or if mor~g~gee
<br />shall desire, with or without cause, to replace the trustee
<br />
<br />therei~ named, a successor and substitute may be named, consti-
<br />tuted and appointed by mortg~gee, without other formality'than

<br />WHEREAS, JOHN M. EGGLESTON, the owner and holder of such

<br />'note and Deed of Trust by Assignment dated September 19,1974,
<br />from RUTH BLACKWELL DAVIS and MARGARET BLACKWELL DAVIS, recorded

<br />under Harris County Clerk's File No. E265049; and

<br />WHEREAS, by authority of the said Deed of Trust, JOHN A.

<br />EGGLESTON did on the 1st day: of October, 1974, appoint me,' KNOX-
<br />W. ASKINS, as Substitute Trustee'; and
