<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />r . <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 780- <br /> <br />, page 3. <br /> <br />(d) Shipping container storage yard - A facility for <br />the storage, handling, and repair of shipping containers. <br /> <br />(e) Tree - Any self-supporting woody plant of a <br /> <br />species that normally grows. to an overall height of a <br /> <br />minimum of fifteen (15) feet, and which, at the time of <br /> <br />planting, shall have a minimum height of <br /> <br />( ) feet. <br /> <br />Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person, <br /> <br />. . <br />firm, or corporation to operate a shipping container storage <br /> <br />yard without first installling, planting, and continuously <br />maintaining a Greenbelt Area, in complian~e with the Green~ <br />belt Landscaping plan required by this or~inance. <br />Section 3. Existing shipping container storage yards <br /> <br />shall have until the <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1982, <br /> <br />to come into. full compliance with the terms of this Ordi- <br /> <br />nance." <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council officially finds, determines, <br /> <br />recites and declares that a sufficient written notice of the <br /> <br />date, hour, place and subject of this meeting of "the Ci ty . <br />Council was posted at a place convenient to the public at the <br />Ci ty naIl of the City for the time r'equired by law preceding <br /> <br />this meeting, as required by the Open Meetings Law, Article <br />6252-17, Texas Revised Civil statutes Annotated; and that this <br /> <br />meeting has been open to the public as required by law at all <br /> <br />times during which this ordinance and the subject matter thereof <br />has been discussed, considered and formally acted uPon. The <br /> <br />City Council further ratifies, approves and confirms such <br />written notice and the contents and posting thereof. <br /> <br />Section 3.
