The <br />appraisal shows a fair market value of the property as $6,100.00. <br /> <br />The City of La Porte has authorized me to offer you the cash sum of <br />$6,100.00 for the purchase of this property. Under the terms of <br />the offer, you would be required to pay the usual seller closing <br />costs, which would include the owners title policy premium of <br />$278.00; tax certificates; one-half of the escrow fee, and any <br />other usual and customary seller Closing costs.
