Chapman, Trustee, without personal <br />liability, and Lawrence B. Chapman shall not be individually <br />liable, nor shall any obligations under this Easement be binding <br />upon Lawrence B. Chapman, individually, nor shall resort be had to <br />the private property of Lawrence B. Chapman, but shall bind only <br />the Property covered by this Easement. <br /> <br />This conveyance is also made and accepted subject to any and <br />all matters of record or affecting the property, and all matters <br />which a surveyor inspection would reveal. <br /> <br />Grantor reserves for Grantor and Grantor's heirs, successors <br />and assigns, the right to extend streets, driveways, paving, and <br />utility service lines, across the land covered by this Easement, <br />said crossing to be at a 900 angle to the Easement, and to use the <br />Easement property for serving the land adjacent thereto owned by <br />Grantor and Grantor's heirs, successors and assigns, subject to <br />Grantee's rights hereunder and provided any such use does not <br />unreasonably interfere with Grantee's use and enj oyroent of the <br />Easement property for the stated purposes of the Easement.
