<br />County, Texas (OPRRPHCT), said called. 2,32 acre tract being a part of Outlots 296 and 297
<br />of the La Porte Outlots, a subdivision recorded by plat in Volume 61, Page 374, of the Harris
<br />County Deed Records (HCDR) , Harris County, Texas. Said 0.499 acre tract is more
<br />particularly described by metes ~d bounds as follows:

<br />296 and parcel herein described, same being ~e northeast comer of Outlot 295, said Outlot 295
<br />being part of a called 7.1613 ac~ tract of land conveyed to Charles C. Hinds by deed dated
<br />February 11, 1982 and recorded under HCCF No, H346433 of said OPRRPHCf;

<br />THENCE, North 86 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds East, along the north line of said Outlot
<br />296, a distance of 2,02 feet to a 5/B-inch iron rod set for the common south comer of Outlots
<br />305 and 306, same being the southwest comer of a 30 foot wide fee strip conveyed to Harris
<br />County Flood, Control District (HCFCD) by deed dated November 22, 1965 and recorded in
