<br />Abstract No,S, Harris County, Texas, and being out of a 9.785 acre tract of land, conveyed to
<br />Glenn M. Parmer, et ux. (panner), by deed dated February 27, 1968, and recorded in Volume
<br />7121, Page 162 of the Harris County Deed Records, Harris County, Texas (HCDR), said 9.785
<br />acre tract being furthennore described as Ou~ots 903,912, arid the n()rth 360 feet of Outlot 917
<br />of.the La Po~ OutlotS, a subdivisiop recorded by plat in Volume 61, Page 374 of said HCDR.
