However, the Ci ty sh~ll not be obligated to expend any funds in <br />excess of those hereinbefore speCifically allocated by the City for the <br /> <br />Project as a result of any change in: said plans or specifications. <br /> <br />ARTICLE X. <br /> <br />To the extent of the City's funds provided for herein and to the extent <br /> <br />such action is feasible, the District will use its best efforts to complete <br /> <br />the following portions of the Project, including related engineering, <br /> <br />acquistion of right-of-way, construction and construction services, by October <br /> <br />31, 1988. <br /> <br />- Watershed study for Unit FIOl-OO-OO <br />- watershed Design for Unit FlOl-OO-OO <br /> <br />- Right-of-Way acquist~on <br />- Replacement of Sens Road Bridge <br /> <br />- Replacement of Valley View Drive Bridge <br /> <br />- Channel improvements from state Highway 146 extending <br />approximately 2000 feet down stream <br /> <br />-Page 4- <br /> <br />~ <br />
