<br />east portion of Outlots 304 and 317 conveyed by deed dated April2S, 1967 to Thomas E. Cockrell,
<br />et ux., and recorded In Volume 6742, Page 429 of said HCDR, same being the northwest comer of
<br />.a 30 foot wide Hanls County Flood Control District (DCFCD) fee strip conveyed by deed dated
<br />November IS, 1965 and recorded in Volume 6174, Page 390 of said HCDR, same also bein. the
<br />northeast comer of a 30 foot wide RCFCD fee strip conveyed by deed dated November 22, 1965
<br />and recorded in Volu'me 6291, Page 64 of said RCDR, IJ1d from which a found II2-inch Iron rod
