EXHIBIT "A" <br /> A 0.06-acre tract or parcel of land out of the Johnson Hunter League, Abstract -35, IVB <br /> in Harris County, Texas, being out of a portion of South 12th Street(80' ROW) in the Town <br /> of La Porte as per the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 58 Page 460 of the Deed <br /> Records, of Harris County, Texas. <br /> All coordinates and bearings stated herein are referred to the Texas Coordinate <br /> System of 1983, South Central Zone, as defined in the Texas Natural Resources Code, <br /> Sec. 21.071, et. Seq. and are based on a GPS survey performed in January of 2017. All <br /> coordinates and distances recited are grid.
