;I-COFw"zc; E5V SIOUTM,LA z, -7)'1 1A Cat- AFFIDAVIT OF NON -PRODUCTION BEFORE, ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared JAMES MICHAEL JACKSON, Individually, and as Successor Trustee of all trusts created under the will of JAMES HUNTER JACKSON, Deceased, and as Trustee of the ELINOR SIBILLE JACKSON REVOCABLE TRUST, known to me to be persons over the age of eighteen years and of sound mind, who after being by me duly sworn upon oath, each stated as follows: I. I have personal knowledge of, and am familiar with, all of that land (the "Land") described in that certain oil, gas and mineral lease (the "Lease") dated June 27, 1945, and recorded under Volume 451, Page 1,26 in the Real Property Records of Harris County, Texas. 2. The Lease term is as follows: 5 years 3. Following the initial 5 year term of the Lease, the Lease was not continued by production, drilling, reworking operations or pooling with other land. There was no drilling or production on the Land pursuant to the Lease, the Lease was not pooled with other land, and the Lease was not continued by the payment of rentals or other amounts. The Lease has expired by its own terms. No royalty payments under such lease have been paid by the lessee since on or before June 27, 1950. 4.
