The Grantee's execution and agreement to <br />timely pay that certain Promissory Note of even date <br />hereof in the original principal sum of $5,000.00, <br />being payable to Grantor as therein provided: <br /> <br />(b) The Grantee's execution and agreement to <br />timely pay that certain Promissory Note of even <br />date hereof in the original principal sum of <br />$28,750.00, being payable to the order of Grantor <br />as 'therein provided, but providing for no per- <br />sonal liability on the part of Grantee in the event <br />of default thereunder: <br /> <br />(c) Grantee's agreement without personal <br />liability to pay that certain "Prior Lien Indebted- <br />ness" applicable to and enforceable against the <br />property herein being conveyed, evidenced by a <br />certain Promissory Note in the original principal <br />amount of $112,500.00, being payable to the order <br />of HAZEL FINDLEY upon the terms and conditions ' <br />therein provided, said Note being secured by a <br />Deed of Trust to JOHN E.' PRICE, JR., TRUSTEE, for <br />the benefit of the said Hazel Findley, said Deed <br />of Trust being dated March 14, 1972, recorded <br />under File Number D-547679 of the official Real <br />Property Records of Harris County, Tex~s, and <br />being further secured by Vendor's Lien retained <br />and reserved in that Deed of even date thereof, <br />recorded under File NUmber 0-547678 of the Official <br />Public Real Property Records of Harris County, <br />Texas, from Hazel Findley, to J. H. WILKENFELD, <br />TRUSTEE. <br /> <br />Has GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents <br /> <br />does GRANT, SELL and CONVEY, unto the said Grantee of. Harris <br /> <br />County, Texas, all that certain lot, tract o~ parcel of land, <br /> <br />together with all improvements thereon, lying and being situated <br /> <br />in Harris County, Texas, described as follows: <br />
