<br />COUNTY OF HARRIS I

<br />l.J'HEREAS, the City of La Porte, a municipal corporation in Harris County,
<br />Texas, has heretofore, on or about the 25 day of July , 1911-, caused
<br />certain valuable work or improvements, to-wit: the cutting of weeds or brush,
<br />the filling of stagnant pools, or the removal of trash or other objectionable
<br />or insanitary matter, to be done with respect to the hereinafter described
<br />real property, and in connection therewith, has heretofore, on or about tIle
<br />4 day of November ,19-11-, filed i,ts Notice of Lien against such property
<br />for the reasonable value of such \o1Ork done or improvements made:
<br />Lien filed for $144.00
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of La Porte, a municipal corporation in Harris
<br />County, 'Texas, in consideration of the payment to it, the Ot~er and holder of
<br />the hereinabove mentioned lien, of the full amount thereof, does hereby
<br />RELEASE the hereinafter described real property from such lien', to-wit:
<br />
<br />Block 1122, Lots 1 thru 32, Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas.
<br />
<br />And the City of La Porte does hereby ackno~ledge,the full and entire pay-
<br />ment of the lien above referred to and does hereby declare the land and premises
<br />hereinabove described and the real and true owners thereof to be fully RELEASED,
<br />DISCHARGED M"D ACQUITTED of all and every lien, debt, claim or obligation \\lhat-
<br />soever, incident to, or in any manner related to, or arising from the work done
<br />or improvements made to said hereinabove described property.

<br />IN TESTUlOt\TY OF hTHICH the CITY OF LA PORTE has caused this release to be executed
<br />on its behalf of its Health Officer, at La Porte, T~xas, on the 11 day of
