The said <br />l8.37~ acre tract embraces Blocks 674, Ei75, 676 and 677, Part of <br />Blocks 692, 693, 694 and 695, as shown upon the plat of T.W. Lee <br />Subdivision as referred to, as well as the streets and alleys <br />contiguous to and/or intersecting said blocks; said portion of <br />said subdivision having been cancelled by an order of Harris <br />County Commissioners Court, dated April 8, 1935. ~h~ 18.378 acre <br />tract is also a portion of two tracts as described in a deed from <br />the First National Bank of Waco, Waco, Texas, Administrator of <br />the will of Elizabeth ,stiles, to W.E. Stiles, Mrs. Lucy Bell <br />Cobb, Mrs. Ruth stiles and Emily Bess Cclthey and of record in <br />Volume 7606, Pg. 467-468 of the Harris County Deed Records. Said <br />18.378 acre tract is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />, BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron rod found for the Northeast <br />corner of this tract; said Northeast COl~ner is the point of <br />intersection of the centerline of forme 1: "C" Street and the West <br />right-of-way of the G.H. & S.A. Railroad (19th Street); <br /> <br />Thence, South, with the West right-of-way line of the <br />G.H. & S.A. Railroad (19th Street), for a distance of 615.00 feet <br />to a 5/8 inch iron rod, set for the Sou1~east corner of this <br />tract; <br /> <br />Thence, West, a distance of 1,242.53 feet to a point <br />for corner in the former East right-of-",ay line of 23rd Street; a <br />5/8 inch iron rod set for corner; <br /> <br />Thence, South, a distance of 295.00 feet to a 5/8 inch <br />iron rod set for the most easterly Soutt.~est corner of this tract <br />and from which a 1/2 inch iron rod was found to be 0.17 feet <br />South and 0.55 feet West; · <br /> <br />Thence, West, a distance of 40.00 feet to a 5/8 inch <br />iron rod set in the centerline of former 23rd Street, for the <br />Southwest corner of this tract; <br /> <br />Thence, North, with the centerline of former 23rd <br />Street, a distance of 910.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set in <br />the centerline of former "CII Street, for the Northeast corner of <br />this tract. , <br /> <br />Thence, 'East, with the centerline of, former "c" Street, <br />a distance of 1,282.53 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />342BB <br />
