<br />8. BROKER'S FEE: N/A Listing Broker (_ %) and

<br />Co-Broker (_ Cl}'o), as Real Estate Broker (the Broker), has negotiated this sale and Seller

<br />agrees to pay Broker in County, Texas, on consummation of this sale or on Seller's default (unless
