<br />That ETTA. DEVER formally known as ETTA FAYLE, a single
<br />woman, of Ha~,~is County, Texas, hereinafter called Grantor, for
<br />and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/lOO DOLLARS

<br />receipt of." which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, HAS
<br />GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT,

<br />A tract or parcel of land containing 23,000 square feet of
<br />land out of the West most Cedar Park Block, as described by
<br />plat recorded in,Volume 72, pages 4 and 5 of. the Deed Rec-
<br />ords'of Harris County, Texas. Also sometimes known as Lots
<br />25-32, both inclusive, Block 1437, Town of LaPorte, Texas..
<br />Said tract being the the North one-half of the tract convey-
<br />ed by' deed R. W. Knoblauch to M. P. Sullivan, dated April
<br />24, 1929 and recorded' in Volume 795, Page 715, and by deed
<br />M. P. Sullivan to E. E. Fayle, dated February 27, 1943 and
<br />recorded in Volume 1260, page 655 , both of the Deed Records
<br />of Harris County, Texas. SAVE 'AND EXCEPT 10 feet off .of the
<br />East side conveyed to the State of Texas by deed recorded in
<br />Volume 985, Page 720 of the Deed Records of Harris County,
<br />Texas. Said tracts being more particularly described by

<br />found 3/4 inch iron pipe at the intersection of the center
<br />lines of Main Street~ Broadway, and San Jacinto Street (now

<br />Texa~, recorded in Volume 1, Page 54 of the Map Records of
<br />Harris County, Texas;.

<br />Bayou ,for Northeast corner;

<br />Broadway to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, passing at 100.00 feet a
<br />set 1/2 inch i.ron pipe at the top of the South bank of
