<br />) <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />tf <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT I'A" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A tract or parcel of land containing 23,000 square feet of <br />land out of the West most 'Cedar Park Block, as described by <br />plat recorded in Volume 72, pages 4 and 5 of the Deed Rec- <br />ords of Harris County, Texas. Also sometimes known as Lots <br />25-32, both inclusive, Block 1437, Town of LaPorte, Texas. <br />Said tract being the the North one-half of the tract <br />conveyed by deed R. W. Knoblauch to M. P. Sullivan, dated <br />April 24, 1929 and recorded in Volume 795, Page 715, and by <br />deed M~ P. Sullivan to E. E. Fayle, dated February 27, 1943 <br />and recorded in Volume 1260, page 655, both of the Deed Re- <br />cords of Harris County, Texas. Save and Except 10 feet off <br />of the East side conveyed to the State of Texas by deed re- <br />corded in Volume 985, Page 720 of the Deed Records of Harris <br />County, Texas. . Said tracts .being more particularly <br />descr i bed by metes and bo'unds as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a set 1/2 inch iron pipe in the 'West line of <br />South Broadway [120' wide), said pipe bears North 200.0 feet <br />from the South line of the West most "Cedar Park" Block and <br />also bears South, 7302.5 feet and West, 60.0 feet from a <br />found 3/4 inch iron pipe at the intersection of the center <br />lines of Main Street, Broadway, and San Jacinto Street (now <br />called "FIVE POINTS") as described by plat of LaPorte, <br />Texas, recorded in Volume 1, Page 54 of the Map Records of <br />Harris County, Texas; <br /> <br />THENCE, West, 115.00 feet to a set 1/2 inch iron pipe for <br />Southwest corner. <br /> <br />THENCE, North 200.00 feet along a line parallel and 115.0 <br />feet West of the West line of South Broadway to a point for <br />Northwest corner, passing a set 3/4 inch iron pipe at 25.Q <br />feet at the top of the South bank of Litt~e .Cedar Bayou; <br /> <br />THENCE, East 115.00 feet along the South line of South "0" <br />Street (60' wide) to a pOlnt in. t!:1e waters of Li ttle Cedar <br />Bayou for Northeast corner; <br /> <br />THENCE, South 200.00 feet along the West line of South <br />Broadway' to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, passing at 100.00 feet a <br />set 1/2 inch iron pipe at the top of the South bank of <br />Little Cedar Bayou. Said tract herein described contains <br />23,000 square feet of land. <br />
