<br />NATIONAL BANK OF HOUSTON, Trustee of the Wharton Weems Estate Trust for

<br />Elizabeth V. Weems, Ben F. Weems and F. C~rrington Weems, of Harris

<br />qounty, Texas, hereinafter called Grantor, for and in consideration of

<br />the sum of Ten and NO/lOO Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good and

<br />municipal corporation of Harris Cou~ty, Texas, hereinafter ,called

<br />Grantee, whose mailing address is Post Office Box 1115, La Porte, Texas

<br />77571, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have

<br />GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL and

<br />CONVEY unto the said Grantee, the following described property, to-wit:

<br />All of Lots in Block 1250, in Town of La Porte in
<br />Harris County, Texas, according to the map thereof
<br />recorded in Volume 60, Page 112, of the Deed Records
<br />of Harris County, Texas.
<br />
<br />Grantor reserves unto itself, its heirs, executors, administrators,
<br />
<br />assigns and successors in trust, all'of the oil, gas and other minerals
<br />
<br />to De produced and saved from the above described land, without right
<br />
<br />to use the surface for exploration or production of said minerals.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with
<br />
<br />all and singular, the rights and ~ppurtenances thereto in any wise

<br />belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and assig~s forever.

<br />to warrant and forever defend, all and singular the said premises unto
