<br />Texas, according to the map thereof recorded in
<br />volume 60, Page 112, of the Deed Records of Harris
<br />County, Texas.

<br />Grantor reserves unto itself, its heirs, executors, administrators,

<br />assigns and successors in trust, all of the oil, gas and other minerals
<br />
<br />to be produced and saved from the above described land, without right
<br />
<br />to use the surface for e~ploration or production of said minerals.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with

<br />belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
