Atmar, Jr., Et AI, which has been recorded <br />under Harris County Clerk's file No. K7976~2 and the City's OWner Title Policy in <br />the amount of the purchase price, $5,285.~~, subject only to the matters shown <br />thereon. <br /> <br />The. original Deed and Title Policy should be put in the City's pe:r:manent Real <br />Estate Records. <br /> <br />The following additional steps should be taken by the City: <br /> <br />1) The City was credited with tax proration to the date of the Deed, <br />September 23, 1986, at closing. The City should obtain 1986 tax bills, when <br />available, from each of the taxing agencies, on a prorated <br />basis fram January 1, 1986 through September 23, 1986, and pay the same. <br /> <br />2) The City should notify the Harris County Appraisal District of this <br />Purchase, and ask that the property be rendered in the name of the <br />Ci ty of LaPorte, and placed on the exempt rolls. <br /> <br />It was a pleasure to have been of service to you in this matter. <br /> <br />tfjfllY <br /> <br />Knox W.
