TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever. And Grantor, do hereby bind himself, his heirs, executors and admini- strators, to warrant and forever defend, all and singular the said premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever Claiming or. to claim the same or any part thereof. Taxes for the current year have been prorated and are assumed by Grantee.
