Weans, Et. A1., which has been recorded <br />under Harris County Clerk's file No. K598291, and the City's OWner Title policy <br />in the amount of the purchase price, $34,,434.99, subject only to the matters <br />shown thereon. <br /> <br />The original Deed and Title policy 'should be put in the City's peDmanent Real <br />Estate Records. <br /> <br />The'fo1lowing additional steps should be taken by the City: <br /> <br />1) 'rhe City was credited with tax proration to the date of the Deed, <br />June 11, 1986, at closing.
